Cellares is a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specializing in cell therapy manufacturing and quality control. The company operates an Integrated Development and Manufacturing Organization (IDMO) infrastructure with a global network of Smart Factories.

Facilities & Scale

Cellares maintains four primary manufacturing locations:

• South San Francisco, CA: 57,000 sq ft facility for preclinical and clinical services, technology development
• Bridgewater, NJ: 118,000 sq ft facility for preclinical, clinical, and commercial services
• Leiden, Netherlands: 100,000 sq ft Smart Factory for preclinical, clinical, and commercial services
• Kashiwa, Japan: 150,000 sq ft Smart Factory for preclinical, clinical, and commercial services
